Civil Engineer graduated in 1976 as a expert in dams design and construction for over forty years in Brazil mainly on the Amazon Rivers. Worked on the following projects for the large Hydroelectric Power Plants in Brazil:
- Itaipú HPP (14,000 MW) Paraná River;
- Tucuruí HPP (8,350 MW) Tocantis River;
- Belo Monte HPP (11,300 MW) Xingú River.
Currently working as Civil Engineer Consultant for the Brazilian Government at Eletrobras / Eletronorte S.A
