​Roger Adams is the Director of the Bureau of Waterways Engineering and Wetlands in the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. His career with DEP includes 34+ years with the Dam Safety Program. Roger has served as the Chief of the Division of Dam Safety and Association of State Dam Safety Officials state representative from June 2010 to January, 2019 and was elected to the ASDSO Board of Directors in September, 2014, where he currently serves as President. He graduated with a degree in civil engineering from West Virginia University.
